Hey! I’m Hannah Dvorak, founder of Health by Hannah. I’m a physical therapist and nutrition coach, passionate about providing efficient and sustainable health and wellness practices.
My love for fitness and exercise started as a teenager being involved in a variety of sports including volleyball, softball, and cheerleading. During my time pursuing my undergraduate degree, my passion for movement continued and I worked as a group fitness instructor at the rec center.
I graduated from Texas State University in 2020 with a Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science and a Concentration in Pre-Rehabilitation Sciences. I decided to continue my education, attending Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, graduating with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023.
My clinical experience ranges from general orthopedics to athletic development and rehabilitation in the adolescent to adult age range. In 2025, I completed and became recognized as a Certified Clinical Athlete Provider after undergoing the coursework and mentorship of the Clinical Athlete organization.
Outside of physical therapy, I am a big foodie and am a proponent that healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland or boring. To better serve my clients, I obtained a nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition in 2024.
Beyond my life in health and wellness, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family. I enjoy a good lifting session, but also enjoy a nice run. My favorite foods are pizza and chocolate chip cookies.
Thanks for being here!
I believe that humans are resilient and that people deserve a system that promotes this belief, not discourages it. I believe that moving well, feeling strong, and eating balanced can be done in a sustainable way, at any age, and at any stage of life.
My vision for Health by Hannah stems from two beliefs:
1. Women deserve a place in the gym.
Women can lift, women can jump, and women can run… and we can do it well! But unfortunately, women are left navigating a muddle of information regarding health and wellness. To lift or to not lift, to run or to not run, to only do Pilates or Yoga, etc. – it’s exhausting and overwhelming.
At Health by Hannah, I strive to provide you with the best information and guidance, backed by the most-up-to-date evidence. I strive to keep you active and training the way you want to, even when navigating injuries or pain.
2. You deserve time and tailored attention.
As a patient you may have experienced sharing treatment time with multiple patients, feeling helpless under the dictations of insurance, and having big training or sports goals, only to be given exercises that don’t relate to your activity or meet you at your training level.
At Health by Hannah, you are the priority. You get my undivided attention. I strive to ensure that you are seen, heard, and understood. Health and wellness is not a linear process and this system understands just that – there are no boundaries to our time together. Your goals matter and you deserve to move in ways that make you happy.
I’m here to help you do just that!
