Designed For

Anyone! Whether you're a novice in the weight room or a seasoned lifter, we design your program to meet you at your level. Programs can be written for the purposes of general health and wellness, or to meet a specific goal that you may have such as muscle hypertrophy or improving strength.

Relevance

Navigating the realm of exercise and fitness can be overwhelming. There is no shortage of opinions about the "best" way to exercise. With our exercise programming, we eliminate the guess work of what to do and how to do it. Backed by the most up-to-date evidence in strength and conditioning, your program is designed for efficient goal achievement. No fluff. No BS.

Equipment & Adjustability

App: Programs accessed through the TrueCoach App.

Equipment: Programs are written based on your equipment availability. However, we do recommend having access to various dumbbells or kettlebells, a bench or plyo box, and a yoga mat.

Adjustability: Training blocks are written with a frequency of 3-5 days per week across 4 weeks, accommodating your schedule and needs. For programs longer than 4 weeks, training blocks are updated every 4 weeks.

Expectations

This is an independent program. Guidance regarding exercise set up and performance is detailed within the app, however there are no formal check-ins scheduled with this program.

We review your details and create a plan specific to your goals, while accommodating any specific needs.

The Lift

You lift on your own time in the comfort of your gym/home. Video guidance and detailed instructions from your coach are provided.
