This program is designed for active women who feel halted by pain or injury. Don't let this bump in the road become a full road stop. With 1:1 rehab coaching, we create a plan that keeps you active, addresses your concerns, and gets you back to the things you love feeling stronger, better, and pain-free.
Relevance
If you've experienced the frustration of traditional care suggesting you stop training or engaging in an activity, only then to have you perform exercises you don't enjoy nor prepare you for your desired activity, we're sorry. It frustrates us too. As an active woman, you deserve a plan that understands your goals, prioritizes your activity, and treats you like the strong, bad-ass you are.
Equipment & Adjustability
App: Programs accessed through the TrueCoach App.
Equipment: Programs are written based on your equipment availability. However, we do recommend having access to various dumbbells or kettlebells, a bench or plyo box, and a yoga mat.
Adjustability: Programs are written with a frequency of 3-5 days per week across 4 weeks, accommodating your schedule and needs.
Expectations
This is an active process, requiring consistent engagement with the program to observe meaningful changes. Contrary to what you may have seen or heard, there is not a quick fix to pain or injury. We want the absolute best for you, and for that reason we ask that you are prepared to invest the time and effort into this program.

Consult & Intake
We get to know your story, your symptoms, and what you strive to do. We perform a comprehensive movement screen to understand movement capacity and any potential limitations.
Step 2:
Establish Plan
Based on your details, we customize a rehab/training plan that targets your specific needs and goals.
Step 3:
Execution
The fun stuff, the hard work! You perform on your own time in the comfort of your gym/home. You have access to your coach for questions, form-check videos, and updates. 30-minute virtual check-ins are scheduled throughout the process to recap and discuss future steps.
Step 4:
Thrive
You've now put in the work, and you're feeling strong and resilient. You are back to what you love without restrictions or modifications. You no longer feel overwhelmed about pain or symptoms, because if they pop up again, you now know how to manage them.
